We installed a front bumper on to a 2017 Ford Transit. The full brush guard bumper was manufactured by Aluminess; it features cut outs for fog lights, winch cable and shackle mounts. This is a fairly lightweight bumper that will not affect vehicle suspension load. The installation was tedious and should be done by specialists.
Yesterday we installed a track system onto the bed cover of a 2020 Ford Raptor. The track we used was manufactured by Thule and comes standard at 72 inches which we cut to fit the bed cover. This installation required us to drill holes through bed cover and secure the track with bolts and rtv. These tracks are made to have feet and cross bars mounted anywhere along the track for custom positioning.
We installed roof racks, cargo box, receiver hitch & wiring, and a hitch platform onto a 2018 KIA Sedona LX. The 2 inch receiver hitch we installed using the vehicles existing weld nuts was manufactured by Curt, #13115. This hitch has a weight carrying capacity of 4,000 lbs and tongue weight rating of 400 lbs. The roof rack is made by Thule using Kit 4057 and Rapid Podium feet to attach to the vehicle via existing flush side rails. The crossbars which are attached to the feet are Thule Wingbar Evo 135B, these crossbars have track mount capability. The cargo box is also made by Thule called the Motion XT XXL which provides 22 cubic feet of storage.
We installed a truck bed tonneau cover onto a 2015 Ford F150. This cover is manufactured by BAK industries and is called the MX4. It attaches via side trucks side rails, locks at each fold able point and is water resistant.
We installed a platform roof rack onto a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. This is a Pioneer Platform made by Rhino Rack and is attached to the vehicle with what is known as a Backbone. To attach the Backbone to the vehicle we secured it to the existing fixed points and weather stripping. The Pioneer Platform has planks with track mount channels for future accessories. The load rating capacity is 220 lbs.
We installed a roof rack and cargo basket onto a 1997 Land Rover Discovery. The feet we used attached to the vehicles existing gutters rails are manufactured by Rhino Rack called RL280. The crossbars we used are VA150B and have track mount capability. Attached to those bars is a cargo basket manufactured by Yakima called the MegaWarrior and is designed to increase storage.
We installed a hard top support, roof rack and cargo box onto a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. The hard top support is known as a Backbone manufactured by Rhino Rack, this install required us to drill into the hard top to secure support parts inside the shell. The bars we used were VA150B and have track mount capability which attach to RLT600 feet. On top of the crossbars is the Thule Motion XT Alpine cargo box which contains 11 cubic feet of storage.
We installed a roof rack and cargo box on to a 2019 Volvo V90 T6. The crossbars we found that work best for this vehicle were manufactured by Thule called AeroBlade Edge Flush mount 7604B. These bars are attached via vehicle specific fit kit 4073 that clamps around the vehicles existing raised rails. The cargo box featured is also manufactured by Thule and is the newest member to the cargo box family called the Vector Alpine. It's lo-profile yet lengthy build create 13 cubic feet of space that is lined with carpet and lighting, making this the most superior box in the industry.
We installed roof racks, four bike racks, plus a cargo box on to 2015 Ford F350 and truck canopy. The crossbars we used are manufactured by Rhino Rack called VA 165B and are attached to the vehicle using RLT 600 feet. The feet sit into a track that we drilled into the vehicle secured with screws and rtv sealant. These feet and crossbars have a weight capacity of 165 lbs on road. The crossbars have track mount capability which is how all four of the Thule Up-Ride bike racks are installed.
