We installed crossbars and kayak racks onto a 2020 Mercedes Revel Van. The crossbars were manufactured by Yakima and are known as the Timberline Kit. A challenge we faced when installing these crossbars was having to make mounting adjustments to the Timberline Towers in order to make them fit with the vehicles awning. In order to make them fit we mounted the towers backwards on one side. Attached to the crossbars are two sets of kayak racks. The first set is also manufactured by Yakima and is known as the Jaylow. The second set is manufactured by Thule and those are known as the Hull-a-port XT.
We installed crossbars onto a 2020 Volvo s60. The crossbars were manufactured by Thule using the Wingbar Evo 135 Black bars, Evo Clamp foot mount, and Kit 5210. These crossbars mount to the vehicle by clamping around the vehicles side channel and into the door frame. They have a weight capacity of 165lbs.
We installed a truck bed cover onto a 2022 Ram Rebel . The cover was manufactured by Retrax, part #T-80243. This is the XR cover, meaning this cover is equipped with channels in the side rails allowing for mounting accessories. This installation required us to build the system prior to putting it into the truck bed and secure it by clamping the rails onto the vehicles existing side rails. We also drilled drain holes into the bed of the vehicle where directions specified for drain plugs of the cover.
Today we installed a Prinsu Rack onto a 2021 Toyota Tundra. The platform has planks with track mount channels for future accessories to be mounted. This install required us to drill into the vehicle to attach support brackets for the platform.
We installed a truck bed rack onto a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. This truck bed rack is manufactured by Yakima and is known as the BedRock HD. In addition to the Bedrock kit you will need to purchase Yakima HD crossbars that are sold separately. This setup can support up to 300lb on-road rating and 180-lb off-road rating. It mounts by sliding into the vehicles existing siderails and tightened in the desired mount location.
