We installed crossbars onto a 2022 Ram 1500 over the cab and tonneau cover. The crossbar setup was manufactured by Rhino Rack. To install the crossbars over the cab we had to temporarily remove the vehicles weather stripping and drill into the side ditch to attach Rhino Racks Quick Mount Ditch Brackets that the RLT600 legs attach to. Once the feet were in place and the weather stripping trimmed and reattached to the vehicle the Rhino Rack Vortex crossbars were attached part #VA150S. The tonneau cover crossbars also used Rhino Racks RLT600 legs and VA150S crossbars.

We installed a canopy onto a 2022 Ram 2500. The RSI SmartCap is one of the strongest canopies in the industry constructed from steel it can support up to 330lbs of payload when moving, 770lbs when parked. This is the EVOa Adventure model which features double-walled stainless steel Gullwing doors with interior MOLLE panels for mounting your gear. The assembly and installation for this canopy is difficult and requires multiple trained specialists.

We installed track and crossbars onto a fiberglass canopy as well as one bar over the cab of a 2015 Ram 1500. The roof rack system we found that works best for fiberglass canopies is made by Rhino Rack. This installation required us drill through the canopy and install the track using bolts, nuts and silicone sealant. Once attached, the feet that we used are Rhino Racks RLT 600's paired with VA 165B crossbars which have channel mount capability for mounting of accessories. The weight capacity for this setup on the canopy is rated for 165lbs. We also installed a crossbar over the cab of the vehicle. This bar was also manufactured by Rhino Rack and mounted into the vehicles ditch mount. A spacer was attached to the feet of this crossbar to raise the height of the bar to match with the height of the crossbars from the canopy.

We installed a truck bed cover onto a 2022 Ram Rebel . The cover was manufactured by Retrax, part #T-80243. This is the XR cover, meaning this cover is equipped with channels in the side rails allowing for mounting accessories. This installation required us to build the system prior to putting it into the truck bed and secure it by clamping the rails onto the vehicles existing side rails. We also drilled drain holes into the bed of the vehicle where directions specified for drain plugs of the cover. A second pair of hands would be highly recommended for this installation.

We installed crossbars onto a 2021 Ram 1500. The crossbar system we used were manufactured by Yakima and is known as the Baseline system. The crossbars are attached to the vehicle by Baseline Towers using Baseclip 135 which mounts onto the weather stripping as well as clamping down into the door frame. The crossbars used in this setup are called Jetstreams, they feature a channel that runs along the bar to allow track mounted accesories. The weight capacity for this system is 165lbs.
