Today we installed crossbars and ski racks onto a 2018 Mazda CX5. The crossbar setup we found that would work best for the vehicle is manufactured by Thule. The crossbars we used are Wingbar Evo 135B and are attached to the vehicle with Evo Clamp feet using fit Kit 145079. These feet and crossbars have a weight capacity of 165 lbs on road. The Thule Wingbar Evo crossbars are track mount capable which is how the Thule SnowPack ski racks are attached within the track channel of the crossbars. The Thule SnowPack 4 can carry up to 4 skis and 2 snowboards.
