April 15, 2022We installed track and crossbars onto a 2010 Ford Ranger. The roof rack system we found that works best for fiberglass canopies is made by Rhino Rack. This installation required us drill through the canopy and install the track using bolts, nuts and silicone sealant. Once attached, the feet that we used are Rhino Racks RLT 600's paired with VA 165B crossbars which have channel mount capability for mounting of accessories. The weight capacity for this setup on the canopy is rated for 165lbs.

January 18, 2022Today we installed a platform onto an RSI Smartcap on a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado. The Pioneer Platform was attached onto a RSI SmartCap Canopy using Rhino Racks Universal Modular Backbone rails that attached to the canopy's roof tracks. Some other accessories that were mounted on the platform include an eyebolt kit, Rotopax and a 7 gallon RoadShower from Yakima.

November 09, 2021We installed a RSI SmartCap Canopy onto a 2021 Toyota Tacoma. The canopy is forged from steel, not fiberglass. This model canopy is from their EVOc Commercial line with the addition of the Roller Rack; a heavy-duty roof rack with ample tie-downs for securing your load. It holds 330 lbs when in motion and 770 lbs static.

October 26, 2021We installed a RSI SmartCap Canopy onto a 2021 Toyota Tacoma. The canopy is forged from steel, not fiberglass; making it one of the strongest in the industry. The customer choose to purchase additional components for their canopy which included the Kitchen-Bin, Drawer-Bin, and StowAway Table.

We've installed a custom track onto this canopy, and paired it with a Rhino Rack Setup. This setup gives you strength while keeping a low profile. Here we have Thule Track, Rhino Rack Vortex Bars, and RLT600 feet. This custom track is permanently mounted to the fiberglass, but the crossbars are removable.

May 03, 2021We installed a RSI SmartCap Canopy onto a 2013 Toyota Tundra. The RSI SmartCap is one of the strongest canopies in the industry constructed from steel it can support up to 330lbs of payload when moving, 770lbs when parked. The rooftop tent on top of the canopy is supported by the Yakima Skyline system that is held into place by the mounting channels built into the SmartCap.
