We installed a truck bed cover onto 2022 Ford F150 Raptor. The cover was manufactured by Retrax, part #T-80378. This is the XR cover, meaning this cover is equipped with channels in the side rails allowing for mounting accessories. This installation required us to build the system prior to putting it into the truck bed and secure it by clamping the rails onto the vehicles existing side rails. We also drilled drain holes into the bed of the vehicle where directions specified for drain plugs of the cover. A second pair of hands would be highly recommended for this installation.
We installed crossbars and a cargo box onto a 2021 Ford Explorer. The crossbars and cargo box were manufactured by Yakima. The crossbars are known as the Timberline system and are made up of the Timberline towers and Corebar crossbars, this system attaches by wrapping around the vehicles existing elevated siderails. Attached to the crossbars is the Skybox 16 cargo box which provides 16 cubic feet of storage, integrated tie-downs, locks, and the ability to open from both sides.
We installed track and crossbars onto a 2010 Ford Ranger. The roof rack system we found that works best for fiberglass canopies is made by Rhino Rack. This installation required us drill through the canopy and install the track using bolts, nuts and silicone sealant. Once attached, the feet that we used are Rhino Racks RLT 600's paired with VA 165B crossbars which have channel mount capability for mounting of accessories. The weight capacity for this setup on the canopy is rated for 165lbs.
We installed crossbars and an awning onto a 2021 Ford Transit 250. The crossbars were manufactured by Thule and are known as TracRac Van ES rack system. These crossbars attached into the vehicles existing fixed points on the roof. Attached to the crossbars is the Thule Hideaway awning, this is the 10ft model meaning you get 10 feet long and 8 feet wide of self-supported shade.
We installed a truck bed rack onto a 2021 Ford F150. The truck bed rack was manufactured Yakima and is known as the Overhaul HD system. This particular version attaches to the vehicles existing tonneau cover bed rails. Adjustable height from 19"- 30" to create custom set-ups for maximum utility and versatility. This system has a maximum on-road weight rating of 500lbs and off-road of 300lbs. Attached to the Overhauls towers is the Sidebars, these allow for mounting of even more accessories.
We installed crossbars and an awning onto a 2008 Ford E350. All of the products installed onto this van were manufactured by Thule. The crossbars installed were the TracRac Van 2 Bar setup, they attached by gripping around the vehicles existing gutter edge. Once the bars were on the vehicle we installed the Hideaway awning. This awning stretches 8.5 feet long and 6.5 feet wide. It opens and closes easily with a hand crank and awning supporting tension arms to setup once in desired location.
We installed an electric retractable truck bed cover onto a 2018 Ford F150 King Ranch edition. The cover was manufactured by Retrax, part #T-90373. Since this is an electric cover the owner can open and close the cover almost effortlessly with the use of a handheld remote control. This installation required us to build the system prior to putting it into the truck bed and secure it by clamping the rails onto the vehicles existing side rails. Once in the truck, we wired the cover to vehicles battery by doing a power run and connecting it to a wiring harness provided by Retrax. We would recommend a second pare of hands for this installation.
We installed a 2" receiver hitch and wiring onto a 2020 Ford Ranger. This hitch was manufactured by Drawtite and has a tongue weight capactiy rating of 1,125lbs and a gross trailer weight capacity rating of 7,500lbs.
We installed a platform onto a 2019 Ford Ranger. This platform was manufactured by Prinsu and has planks with track mount channels for future accessories to be mounted. This install required us to drill into the vehicle to attach support brackets for the platform.
We installed a roof platform onto a 2014 Ford Raptor. The platform is manufactured by Front Runner and is designed to hold accessories within the channels on the panels. This install required us to drill into the vehicle to attached support brackets for the platform.
