We installed a 2" receiver hitch onto a 2018 Audi Q5. The hitch we found that works best for this vehicle is manufactured by Curt, hitch #13331. This hitch's capacity is rated for 5,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 750 lbs tongue weight. The install required us to temporarily remove the bumper fascia.
