This is the EVOa Adventure model which features double-walled stainless steel Gullwing doors with interior MOLLE panels for mounting your gear. The assembly and installation for this canopy is difficult and requires multiple trained specialists.

January 18, 2022Today we installed a platform onto an RSI Smartcap on a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado. The Pioneer Platform was attached onto a RSI SmartCap Canopy using Rhino Racks Universal Modular Backbone rails that attached to the canopy's roof tracks. Some other accessories that were mounted on the platform include an eyebolt kit, Rotopax and a 7 gallon RoadShower from Yakima.

This model canopy is from their EVOc Commercial line with the addition of the Roller Rack; a heavy-duty roof rack with ample tie-downs for securing your load. It holds 330 lbs when in motion and 770 lbs static.

Today we installed an RSI SmartCap on a 2020 Toyota Tacoma pickup. Our customer was looking to mount his CVT Roof Top Tent and some accessories, so we set him up with a Rhino Rack Pioneer platform. To easily mount and remove the platform, our shop installed Rhino Rack Accessory bars on top the the platform to mount the tent to. This provides a little space for the tent cover to be attached to the base of the tent. We made 4 aluminum brackets to mount the tent to the accessory bars, providing easier access to the tent's mounting hardware than the standard setup provides.
The platform shown is Rhino Rack's new 5 series Pioneer Platform. These platforms are enhances with a more aerodynamic leading and trailing edge, easier to use mounting crossbars, and cable routing provision included.

We installed a truck bed canopy onto a 2018 Ford F150. This canopy was manufactured by RSI SmartCap. The model of this canopy is the SmartCap Evo Leisure edition. These canopy's are built with stainless steel, not fiberglass like most canopy's. The weight capacity rating for this canopy is 770lbs static.
