90 Day Return Policy
We have the best return policy in the industry. We stand behind everything that we sell. We choose the manufacturers that we work with carefully and ensure that they provide both us and our customers the support that they deserve. Our guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
The Cascade Rack guarantee extends 90 days from date of purchase. If you're not happy with the product that you've purchased from us, you can return it for replacement, refund, or store credit within 90 days of purchase. Products deemed damaged due to mis-use will not be eligible for refund. 100% refund will be provided on unused and new product that is returned in its original packaging. Please Note: Merchandise that has been installed, modified, drilled, bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged is no longer in "new" or in resellable condition and will not be accepted as a return unless it has a manufacturer defect or was damaged in shipping. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, including all parts and paperwork. Should you have a warranty issue, give us a call and we will facilitate a warranty-service request for you with the manufacturer.
You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
If we can confirm that a package shipped to you was delivered and then stolen, you must provide Cascade Rack with a copy of a police report for the item.
All refunds are provided via the same payment method in which the product was originally purchased. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that products shipped back to Cascade Rack are adequately packaged and a tracking number is obtained for verification of delivery.
Gift cards are not refundable, and products purchased with a gift card that are returned are only eligible for store credit as a method of refund.
Many of our manufacturers provide lifetime warranties on their products. Please contact us if you believe you have a warranty claim with any of our manufacturers and we will aid in guiding you through the process.
Any packages refused by the customer will be charged the original shipping charges as well as a return fee, this includes items that qualified for free shipment. Freight shipments (Decked systems, Cargo Boxes, etc.) will be charged an additional $150 handling fee.
